REVIVA — SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping on Every Order
Every REVIVA order ships completely free, regardless of order size or destination. No minimum spend, no hidden fees — free shipping is standard on every single order we send out.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.
Delivery Times
United States Standard tracked delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
International (Worldwide) Standard tracked delivery: 6–10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and represent the vast majority of orders. Occasional delays can occur during peak periods such as public holidays and sale events, or due to customs processing for international orders. These situations are rare and we always work to resolve any delays as quickly as possible.
Order Tracking
Every order ships with full tracking included at no extra charge. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@shopreviva.co and we will look into it immediately.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are outside of our control. REVIVA is not responsible for any customs fees applied to your order. We recommend checking your country's import regulations if you are unsure whether additional charges may apply.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team at support@shopreviva.co with your order number and we will investigate immediately. In the rare event that a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will ship a full replacement at no cost to you or issue a complete refund — whichever you prefer.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. REVIVA is unable to take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us at support@shopreviva.co as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address before it ships.
